Jukka studied Economics at Åbo Akademi in Turku, Finland. He worked 18 years in different sales and marketing roles in the Finnish Life Science industry before starting as a recruiter in 2013. During the next 10 plus years he built up business operations in Finland, holding roles like Head of Recruitment and Country Manager. Jukka has managed recruitments to a broad variety of roles for customers, finding new talents to customers' Medical, Sales and Marketing departments and excelled in filling positions like Country Managers, Directors, Managers and Specialists. Jukka has a broad understanding of the Nordic mindset and culture. He is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
