We receive information in confidence from companies and candidates and treat it with complete confidentiality. To perform qualitative recruitments, we must obtain in-depth knowledge of the organisation and the potential candidates alike.
According to our approach, we do not only apply the basic ethics of avoiding mistakes – we also use proactive ethics, striving to do the right thing and do good. Our candidates should feel well treated, regardless of whether they were chosen for a position or not. Interviews should be rewarding; our candidates should feel energised after their meetings with us, and leave us with new insights regarding their professional development.
